An organisation is not admired by the rules it lays or the zeroes it is able to add to the annual revenue but the way it follows its principles, the way it nurtures new talents and the way it treats its employees.
Ethical leadership is crucial for the success of any business. Unethical leaders may bring a business short term success but they will also ruin the reputation of the organisation along with the trust people bestow in it because they focus on their own personal gain.
Time for organisations to spot the difference and put some muscle into improving the scenario.
